ho scaricato l'ultima hotfix da installare per ac 13.. ma durante l'installazione si blocca dicendo che si è verificato un problema... solo che guardando il log.txt non si capisce dove sia il problema.. almeno io non lo capisco. ad altri è successo?
che si deve fare?

Salve,
è buona norma, quando si installa gli Hotfix di ArchiCAD, rimuovere momentaneamente gli Add On non rilasciati da Graphisoft.
Nel suo caso vi è un conflitto con ArchiStair 2.
Sposti sulla scrivania i Plug Ins di Cigraph ed esegua l'installer dell'Hotfix e, ad aggiornamento concluso, li riposizioni nella cartella Add Ons.
