I downloaded ArchiStair for ArchiCAD 10 v1.17 and ArchiSketchy v 1.0 from http://www.cigraph.it/cigraph/prodotti_faq_pop.jsp?faqid=80&prodotti_id=21
However it did not load in the Design Extras I checked the Add-on Manager and found the ArchiStair and ArchiSketchy loaded and corectly installed Please tell me what i do to work. thanks

those are the FULL versions which don't work with the Student version! You should download the STUDENT versions from the Graphisoft web site.
But, in any case, we support only the latest ArchiCAD version (our Student versions for AC 13 will be released on next January).
