Hi all,

i'd like to ask how I can make all my add-ons not load automatically, but on demand. I say this because some add-ons in the Add-on Management list are checks within squares while others are not. The ones simply with checks cannot be unloaded. Have I done something wrong? What is the difference between checks with squares and without?

some add-on can be "pre-loaded".
These add-ons need to be automatically loaded because they have to perform certain dedicated procedure (for example install new GDL sub-type, or new ArchiCAD tool).
These add-ons don't provide any check-box (what you call "square") just because they cannot be manually loaded.
