Hello from Germany!
We have a problem with the registration.
We bought ArchiStair years ago. I know, that I had to update for AC 9. And this was the last time I used ArchiStair. Sorry for that! You see, a long time ago.But now we want to try again!
We have got 3 licenses and I tried to registrate the version espacially for ArchiCad 11.
Everything is fine up to the moment I have to write the registration-Nr. into the special field.
Then there is the note: registration-Nr. is inoperative. ???? WHY?
I can´t understand.
This happens with each of these 3 serial-numbers and computers.
Sorry for my bad english! Not only ArchiStair is rare in use. ; )
I hope that somebody will understand our problem :lol:
