I now have my keyplug upgraded to AC10, and loaded all of the Cigraph products that I have. When I type in my registration number for all of them, I am told that it is an invalid registration ID and to re-type. These all worked for AC9 with no problem. Any ideas?

Never mind. I didn't realize that we had to buy a compatibility upgrade first. I assume that this will take care of the problem.
