 Bluetooth problem
Hello, We bought Archimap AC 11, but we can not use it. We have a Leica Disto D8 and a Toshiba laptop. The PC recognizes the Disto and take the default port 40, I change the port number to match Archimap. In Archimap I select "Bluetooth Disto" and I choose the corresponding port and there I have a message that tells me that the port is occupied by another application or another that tells me that the port was not found. I try different ports to no avail, I uninstall windows 7 bluetooth ports with the help of bluetooth manager but nothing works. I have a very urgent need for this to work, thank you for helping me.

 Re: Bluetooth problem
First of all, we are really sorry but we cannot promise the software works fine with that model of Leica Disto: our solution has been tested with Leica’s Disto™ Plus. I know that it is a very old model but due to the lack of market interesting on this interface with the Leica distance-meters we gave up.
Anyway if, as you say, "the PC recognizes the Disto and take the default port 40" this means that other 39 virtual ports are currently generated on your computer.
As you can read in the ArchiMAP user manual: “for the program to function correctly, the port chosen must be one of the first ten”.
So, as we already suggested to your reseller, you should delete all those virtual ports (probably they have been created by the OS but they are not used) and choose one of the first ten. In order to be sure you deleted those ports, when you "connect" your Disto device the PC should recognize but propose you on of the first 10 ports.
